Cesar Corrales (1996-). Mexican-born Canadian dancer

Cesar Corrales was born in Mexico City in 1996 but grew up in Canada. When young, he was acclaimed for both his dramatic and gymnastic abilities, and in 2008 entered Canada’s National Ballet School. In 2014 he danced with the American Ballet Theatre Studio Company and came to London in 2015 to join English National Ballet. Cesar Corrales was promoted to principal in 2017, but moved to The Royal Ballet in 2018, becoming a principal in 2021 with an impressively wide repertoire.
