Amanda Britton. British dancer, teacher and director

Amanda Britton trained at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, and joined Ballet Rambert in 1984, becoming a leading dancer. She then worked for the Siobhan Davies Dance Company, before teaching at London Contemporary Dance School. In 2005, Britton became head of Undergraduate studies at the Rambert school, assisting with its transition into Higher Education. In 2015, she was appointed principal and artistic director of Rambert School.
